Both the democratic bill a few years ago and the current GOP incarnation of it will not impose restrictions on home users. The bill provides requirements for people offering internet for public consumption. If you have a wireless router for your personal use and the use of invited people in your home, you are not required to keep logs.<br><br>The democratic bill a few years ago also tried to include taxes on service providers for Wireless Access Points which they would impose on their users.<br><br>This new bill doesn't include that, but it otherwise the same.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[MadMike]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Feb 24th 2009 2:58PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
