Chinese Execution Bus a Reality

In China, the precise number executions performed is kept a state secret; estimates by Amnesty International say there were at least 1,770 executions in the country in 2005, but says that the number could be as high as 8,000. In comparison, only 60 prisoners were executed in the US the same year.
The number is so high, apparently, that the Chinese government sees fit to operate something that seems like it's right out of one of the 'Saw' movies: a lethal injection bus, which comes complete with a camera for transmitting a live video feed of the deaths back to central command.
Apparently, prisoners are strapped into an automatic sliding stretcher then given their injection on the bus. The video is watched by authorities to make sure the killing is up to snuff.
Rather chillingly, the bus is produced by Chinese ambulance manufacturer Jinguan Auto. [From: Jalopnik via Buzzfeed]

I like the concept ! Nice and inexpensive.
I also think they need a bus for the lawyers of these criminals as well. Why can't we have this in America?

Geo, you're right. I stand corrected. NY Times- "While it's not clear what drugs are used for lethal injection in China, even the narcotic-poison mix used in the United States would not damage vital organs wanted for transplant. The condemned need only be given an injection of the anticoagulant heparin beforehand, doctors say. With the proper preparation, even the heart could be transplanted if it were removed quickly. "

Why are so many Usanians in support of judicial murder? Do people over there need the special kick from having the moral right to watch someone die?
Why is this travesty linked with 'justice'? Can 'justice' ever be restored when someone has died? Do even numbers even out injustices?
If a deterrent effect is posited, please explain why Usania is one of the countries in the world with the highest homicide rates?
In civilised countgries such as France, Italy, Germany, the U.K., the authorities' right to murder has been removed for a long time, and lo and behold: Their crime rates are significantly lower than Usania's.
