If I remember correctly, the 2nd Amendment allowing us to bear arms is STILL in effect! I'd sue the ever livin' daylights out of that school system!

My thoughts exactly. She has a legal RIGHT to keep and bear arms. She was not commiting a crime, she was not threatening anyone and she was not at school when the photo was taken. Sounds like wrongful discipline to me.

No where does it say she OWNS the gun!!! If this was a black athlete would your view be the same??Seems the majority of gun owners or members of the NRA are for the death penalty, but against abortion, try figuring that out?

That's easy to figure out. The death penalty is punishment for taking an innocent life in the commission of a crime. Abortion is the deliberate, premeditated killing of a completely innocent baby, usually done for the convienence of the mother. Your inability to see the difference says volumes about you!
