Absolutely!. There is no good reason to have a camera on your phone. People have shown that they have NO respect for the privacy of others. It used to be if you took a picture, you had to have the PERMISSION of everyone in it before it could be published.
Somehow the internet escapes the "publisher" definition. It certainly should NOT.

If my kids were at home yet, they would NOT have a cell phone with texting or camera.
