It really is sad that we use these things that rip us off. I am 19 and when I got my bank account I promised to not sign up for a credit card and to only have a debit card for my account that way I never spend money that I have to pay back and more. And I also make sure to watch my banl account to make sure I NEVER SPEND MORE THAN WHAT IS IN MY ACCOUNT. These over the limit fees are ridiculous. My mom had a BOFA account and it has keep the change and it transferred 2.23 cents and made her account negative. 3) Use cards which offer cash rebates--can be anywhere from1% to 5% or more.
