Will someone pleeeeeease explain to my just exactly HDMI cables cost so damned much? They can't be that difficult to manufacture, nor are the materials so exotic as to cause the price to be so high. What we have, I believe, is the outrageous overcharge by the manufacturer(s) to add on equipment that should be included. Remember when you bought a new computer - and all the cables were available for an extra charge ....the lack of HDMI cables is the same B.S. - just another way for the company to stick you for more money. It's like buying an automobile and then being told you need to purchase tires in addition. What gall - and when is that "crap" going to stop.
