Earbuds Blooming in 2009 -- We Like These 8

Ultimate Ears MetroFi 170 and 220

LogiTech's Ultimate Ears brand unveiled two new earbud models at CES: the MetroFi 170 ($50) and MetroFi 220 ($80). While both models offer 16 decibels of noise isolation and a single-driver design, the tonier 220's also include titanium-coated speakers for better highs. Both models will be on store shelves next month, with a 'vi' version of each -- featuring an integrated microphone -- due out in the not-too-distant future.
