Axiotron Modbook Pro:
If you're even remotely a Mac fan, you've likely heard of Axiotron's custom-modded tablet MacBooks. The company essentially takes a standard MacBook, throws on a touch screen, and puts the whole thing into a tablet form. The company's new model, the Modbook Pro features a super slick black casing, the innards of a unibody MacBook Pro, and some custom software to make OSX a bit more tablet-friendly. Axiotron was heavily pushing the device and the original Modbook as tools for digital artists, and the live demos were impressive to say the least. Imagine a Wacom Cintiq, only with a full computer and significantly greater screen resolution.
