'World of Warcraft' Restaurant Opens in China
The entrance to the restaurant is a recreation of the Dark Portal, the intro animation from 'WoW: The Burning Crusade.' Once you get inside, the walls are lined with pictures and TVs showing scenes and footage from the game, and the dishes get their name from WoW's characters. To top it all off, the main dining area, "The Hall of Snow Storms," features a large tree at its center and warriors clad in replica armor, which we assume is to protect diners against food poisoning and slow service.
The owner of the establishment says he opened it as a comfortable meeting place for other people who love the game like he does. We're sure the restaurant will be popular, especially in China where games like this have massive audiences, provided the game's creators, Blizzard Entertainment, let it stay open. Maybe the next step will be to open a 'Second Life' diner that looks and functions exactly like a normal diner accept everyone becomes a hundred times cooler, sexier, and more confident once they get inside. first of all just because you play wow doesnt mean your a geek so, get a life. cause that offends me and alot of other people, im probably more of a pimp then whoever wrote this article. facts aside, this seems cool and they should open one in the US. its an interesting idea and can really attract wow players, especially if they have good food and internet access. :P nice!

The fact that you took offense to the work "GEEK" indicates that you are truely a geek. In all honesty, the folks I work with tend to have "Nerd" or "Geek" lunches to discuss the game and strats. So dont QQ here just suck it up like the rest of us.

LOL..I use to play the game..still have it downloaded on my computer but I stopped for needs of having a real life and needing to actually work to make money. But I would say it is highly addictive as everybody knows. As for the "geek" issue..I actually like the word geek..and Im happy to say im a geek it just means im hot AND smart..lol. They should have more pictures of this restraunt. I want to see the entrance..
