Dangerous E-Mails You Should Delete Immediately 3
McDonald's Scam, Part 2
Someone must really be mad at McDonald's, because this past week also saw the distribution of another fake McDonald's e-mail containing a customer satisfaction survey. Recipients are asked to fill out the survey, and, at the end, fill in their credit card information. Turns out it's just another phishing scam, according to anti-virus software maker Trend Micro. The lesson on this one, as with so many of these e-mails, is don't give your credit card information to anyone who asks for it by e-mail.

Why would some be so stupid to fill in a credit card number on an email, you don't even do that for relatives. That's just plan dumb to do that.

Maybe it's the guy who left his cell phone (with pix of his nude wife in it) in a McDonald's a few weeks ago. Those pix ended up on the internet, remember? Now he's getting payback!! (Just a thought. . .)
