My wife and I are in the Caribbean and recently had to renew two prescriptions. At home they cost about $180 a month without insurance. Here we were able to get the exact same prescriptions in sealed boxes from the same company for less than half the price ($64 for one and $80 for the other). Why does the rest of the world pay less for drugs than the USA? I know companies have to pay for research or we won't get new and better medications, but why the difference. If this is what the Fed is providing, who needs them.

People in the USA like to think we are the most advance country in the world and in many ways we are, but that is changing and unless we start paying attention to the important things we will become just like every other former world leader, a has been. Capitalism has worked well for us. Not because it was unfettered, but because the worse abuses were illegal. Today many of those safeguards have been repealed and has taken over. It isn't a coincidence that usury laws have almost disapeared and at the same time restrictions on bankruptcy have been inacted. Who hasn't received unsolicited offers for credit cards or blank checks in the mail. Just spend the money and become an indentured servant for life. What's next, debtors prisons? Is it any wonder the banking sytem is in colapse? They sucked people in with low interest short term loans to buy their "dream house" and then in a couple of years the refinancing triples their mortgage payment. So what is our government's response, bail out the same people who started the problem.

And while I'm on a rant, why spend $80 billion bailing out an insurance company. Who cares? If they go under, just pay your premiums to someone else.

you didn't "corrupt" your child but you didn't lie to them either. And with the herpes, a good way to explain is.
"you know how you get a cold sometimes? herpes is kinda like that, its a disease...but unlike your cold herpes doesn't go away. They have medicine to treat that. So the people can get better."
If they want to know more you simply say "YOUR NOT OLD ENOUGH." very easy.
