fireable, yes.
but this is illegal? illegal!?! he didn't endanger anyone else, so... he was 'guilty' of "failing to take reasonable care for his own health and placing himself at serious risk."
really, apparently the Australian nanny state owns people now- far far more dangerous than anything this fella was doing.
