Craigslist Bandit Nabbed by Police

The heist was pulled last month in Washington by a man who allegedly hired decoys via Craigslist, and then floated down a stream in an inner-tube across the street from the scene of the crime. Really, it was quite an ingenious ploy, and possibly the zaniest get-away plan we've ever heard of.
DNA left behind at crime scene, an eye witness who took down the license plate of a van seen picking up a vest and face mask like the decoys were asked to wear (along with a can of mace), led officials to a 28-year-old suspect whose name has not been released.
The suspect has a prior record, but mostly of petty crimes. Even though he broke the law, we were secretly rooting for this resourceful thief. [From: Wired]

Sure.... because even if someone was murdered in such a genious way that no one wouldve ever thought we should root for them huh. Crime should not be tolerated in any form, hopefully a few years in the slammer teaches him that.
