The Taser
The Taser has become something of an American icon after the spectacular taser incident at a John Kerry speech last year. This year, things got even more prickly for the once benign stun gun, when a federal jury in San Jose, California found Taser responsible for the death of the 40-year-old Robert Heston Jr., and awarded his family more than $6 million in damages. Beware the taser.
