"15 scariest Ghost Videos on the Web" consists of a multitude of videos that are, by the admission of the filmmakers as well as the staff of the website that posted them, fake. Furthermore, I would go so far as to say that the word "Scariest" in the title could easily be replaced with "mundane" or "uninteresting", and the title would apply to the content a bit more than it's current title, which would insinuate that, at some point, a group of reasonable individuals gathered to discuss the "scariest ghost videos" on the internet, and arrived at a conclusion involving 15 of those videos.
However, as each video appears to be as dull as the next, I would say that this is the culmination of no more than three individuals, with no prior knowledge of these types of videos; This is further evidenced by the dredging up of an old internet fad, the "screamer" type video that is generally considered cheap, and a waste of time.
Overall, I have to condemn the lack of thought, and poor choices that went into the making of these videos, and moreover, the article that decided to host 15 of the most dull, groan inducing ghost videos on the web.

the rocking chair nd ending wasn't the only scary thing. look at the couch. the blue arm or leg of some clothing thing is moving. i have no idea what it means but its creepy
