I'm a Muslim woman who will not be using the site if I'm forced to veil myself. I prefer a site where I have the freedom to choose what I show to the world and the responsibility is in my own hands. If I want to veil for others in my pictures, then I will or I can use an avatar. I don't need yet another group focused on trying to control what the world sees of me. I am an adult, have the capacity to understand and study Islam and make my own decisions regarding MY body and MY self. If people are supposed to be judged for more than their bodies as these places claim, then QUIT focusing on them so much!!

Women are intelligent creatures capable of fending for and making decisions for themselves! Islam gives the individual the responsibility. Other people need to learn how to control themselves instead of trying to control everyone else.

BTW, these countries that try to block sites like Facebook, Myspace and others fail miserably because they assume their countries are full of ignorant people instead of the technically savvy people. This is about power, not morality...puhlease.
