Claim to Fame: In this clip from a Japanese game show, a skittish woman freaks out as a polar bear, mistaking her for a seal, tries to dive through its enclosure and gobble her up. When we posted this YouTube video a year or so ago, folks had plenty so say. Probably, the fundamental reason for this video's popularity is that some Japanese TV shows are (to most Westerners, at least) absolutely bizarre. But, as if the robot-voiced announcer and shrieking woman with a plush seal on her head weren't weird enough for you, you get an angry (and apparently hungry) polar bear, to boot. The sound of the audience hooting and hollering at the crying, fear-stricken woman doesn't hurt this video's bizarro rating, either.
