I recently watched another Oprah where she said 80% of women wear the wrong bra size and I was one of them. I had lost a lot of weight and did not know what size I was. I went to Nordstrom's and got professionally measured and was suprised that my back was smaller than I thought. By wearing the right bra my figure now looks better. I love Wacoal bras.. a little pricey but worth it.

I am vain so I love to stay fit and look young. I drink tons of water wear sunblock (the cvs brand is great) and wear smartsole anti-cellulite insoles that cause you to burn more calories with every step. That is just ridulous to me. Brynn: Maybe many of these people are not "dovetailing" with Oprah - maybe they truly like or need something that she's recommended. Nothing wrong with that. There have been many things she's touted that I didn't need or want, so I let it go, but there have been things I have needed or wanted. It depends upon what it is.
