FBI Busts Hacker Who May Have Leaked Racy Miley Cyrus Photos

Teen star Miley Cyrus has been involved in no shortage of controversies recently, not the least of which was the leaking last year of some steamy self-portraits apparently intended for boyfriend Nick Jonas. The images were leaked by a hacker, who managed to get into her e-mail account and snag the pics. The hacker shopped them around to various tabloids before just leaking them online. Well, someone suspected to be that hacker has been busted, his electronics impounded, and charges may be inbound.

The alleged perp is 19-year-old Josh Holly of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He goes by the handle 'Trainreq' and was seen online boasting about how he'd never be caught just hours before the FBI burst into his place and seized three computers and his phone. "Well," he said, "all my idiotic doings have finally caught up with me... the FBI came into my house and took all things that can store data." They sure did, Josh, just like the dude who hacked Sarah Palin's e-mail. [From: NEWS.com.au]
