Sneakiest Computer Viruses

Zlob
Beginning in 2005, the Zlob Trojan has been infecting computers by convincing users they need to download a codec to view a spam or porn video. The Trojan then reroutes your internet traffic through a hacker's server. The end result is a computer that shuts down randomly and reboots with confusing text messages. The newest variation of Zlob actually works on your Wi-Fi router by running through a list of default username and password combos, which many users never bother to change. In addition to the usual anti-virus and trusted downloading advice, this time make sure to change your router's security settings and passwords on a regular basis. It's that easy.

The best way to avoid all of these and any other virus out there is to install Linux. Linux is 100% virus free, and best of all it is FREE. You don't have to spend a couple hundred dollars on a Windows OS.

bull crap i have had mac products for three years now and i have no virus protection and i am always on the web. and i have not once had an issue with a virus. my computer runs the same as it did when i bought it three years ago . (i have a power book g4, mac book white, and a i mac,) i wouldnt trade them for any pc in the world . pc owners save yourself the headache of using windows . and switch to mac . i never used linux ,but i hear its good anyhow stay away from microsoft , they use the consumers to test their products on . this means you are taking a risk when you buy their products (you may ask where is my proof?)go to youtube type in red ring of death for the xbox 360 and see how they are screwing x box owners . im on my third overheated x box

Yes, how horrible that a software company would release a program that hasn't had every conceivable bug worked out, and every imaginable exploit and flaw fixed! For shame!
This is opposed to a company which leaves out features because consumers (read: CEO) don't want them.
