I wonder if XBox Live members get a refund for the time the service is unavailable. After-all, this is a time-based subscription service which costs roughly (a ridiculous) $50/US per year per gamer tag. I know, I know, you say, "what's 24 hours of a yearlong subscription?" Well, if you consider there are MILLIONS of gamers paying a subscription fee while the service is unavailable, you will realize that Microsoft made millions during that period on services it did not even render. That makes the FREE Playstation network look even prettier.
