Tricia Walsh Smith's slightly deranged and highly amusing YouTube videos of her trashing her husband while they were in the process of getting a divorce captured the Gawkersphere's attention this past spring. But the tables were turned when the videos were presented in court as evidence by the husband's attorneys as to how unhinged she, in fact, clearly was. Sudden notoriety, a brief moment to bask in it, then serious backlash -- the cycle of 15-minute-online-fame is complete!

If the gal is or was unhinged, and a man has that much money, and supposedly in control of himself; his duty is to make sure she got the proper treatment, and is properly provided for; and vice versa.
If her/his lawyers ignored medical evidence of a mental problem they should be just as liable as a person driving a car; unintentionally killing someone in an accident & then charged with manslaughter, or go through the same legal process they put these parents through who see fit not to provide medical care to their innocent children, for their OWN beliefs. People like this who charge top dollar to look at the filing cabinets of discovery and never read what is in them are dangerous menaces to society.
