So it's like showing a home movie, and not selling tickets. No profit, no gain, so no violation of music royalty rights. It's not the same as if it were a jukebox scene in a movie, for that is for profit, and the charge would stick. Not so here. I think she has a good case. Something tells me Prince's camp pushed the pulling of that video. He's been a complete a$$wad lately in relation to his songs.  Who would actually order something as innocent as this pulled?
