We already have a turntable. Is there a way to get a headphone jack to usb cable?
Where can we find one and how well would this method work?
Mom has lots of the old 78s. We would like to digitize them then ebay the orginal vinals to pay the heating bill.

Just run a dual rca to mini plug cable from the amp to the line in on the back of your computer--no need for a usb converter.

better than that, buy gold leaf spray paint. spray the black vinyl. mount on an illustration board, black or white or your favorite color. foam art board. rubber cement vinyl on board, add the pertinent artist and year and millions sold..p-lace on wall. price it at $150.00 to $300.00 each..best artist higher priced..i learned this while visiting our favorite dvd cd stores...oh i have a few jimmy hendricks era as such. classics..

If you have audio jack inputs to your computer that will play through your sound card you may be able to use the Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 14. It only costs $34.99 and there is is a free trial download if you would like to try it first. The cleaning features remove the crackle you may get from your vinyls and if you are familiar with mastering you can do that also. I have version 11 so I don't know what improvements have been made in 14 but mine works great. I use a USB capture card because I don't have the correct audio jack inputs on my computer but I have transfered a lot of audio cassettes and made CD's from the audio files.

i have lots of lp vinyl from the late 60's to the late 70's...Is there a market for them? Doesn't anyone collect them...I would be willing to sell them for the right price. I could use the $ to help heat my house this winter.
