45 mos?? This scumbag should be locked away for the rest of his life! The law must know that he is involved in child abuse, yet they only give him a few months of jail time. I find that outrageous, and feel that it should be extended to many, many years. These scumbags cannot change, and once he is out, he will just go his merry way abusing innocent children. Society MUST do something to change this.
