We fully understand that we're a few days late in posting this up, but seriously, we figured
Netflix would have fixed whatever's been ailing its shipping system well before now. Days after we heard the first reports of users getting an atypical warning when viewing their queue alerting them of possible shipment delays, tips are still flowing in from frustrated users.
The message asserts that the company is "still experiencing issues with its shipping systems," though it gives no estimated time for a fix to be implemented. Have you been bitten by the Netflix delay bug? Have your titles continued without so much as a hiccup? Let us know in comments below.

I have always gotten my movies when they said I would. I've been with Netflix for a while and I have "Never" had a problem. They have even lower my monthly.. No complains from me.. they are A-Okay..

I have been very happy with Netflix, receiving 5 DVDs per shipment. They come in on Friday and get mailed back the next Wednesday. No problems for about 2 years, except for this one. Problems can happen anytime, anywhere to anyone. Some people have a hissy fit if one thing goes wrong. I remember blockbuster and I don't think I will be going back to it.

For the period of time that I have subscribed to Netflix, the service has been efficient, exact and on time. My DVD's have always arrived in good condition and as quickly as possible. I believe you are entitled to a bit of trouble, humans and systems being not as perfect as we would like...and I hope you find your way quickly to a correction of the problem you are having and a continuation of your program. I received the same email message; however when I got home I had two new movies waiting for me. I don't know how involved this problem goes, but I had no problem from Netflix.

I say just forget all of the movie rental services and use Redbox.....its cheap and you can get movies when want them and have time to watch them. If you have not heard of Redbox go to Redbox.com to check it out. We have one at all of the Wal-Marts in town and they had them at McDonalds when I was on vacation in Tennessee. They also have specials for free rentals as well. Too groovy!

Strange that this "glitch" comes when Nexflix is fulfilling their negotiated awards on the class action suit filed almost two years ago. The suit was filed and they settled it because they were intentionally holding up sending out dvds to those who watched a lot of movies per month.
The award to each who signed on to this suit was "one month's free movies-up to 3 at a time". So here we go, movies held up and the month will be gone. Co-incidence??

I've been getting Netflix for 5yrs and never had any problems. Give them a chance to fix the error.

I got this notice on Wednesday, yet my DVD arrived as expected on Thursday. Maybe it's just a regional thing. I live in CA.

Heres what it says now :
Our Shipping Centers Are Mailing DVDs
Delayed DVD Shipments Are Being Sent Today (Friday)
We’re happy to report that all of our shipping centers are resuming normal operations (after 3 days of issues). If you should have been shipped a disc Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, it will ship today (Friday).
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To all of you whose shipments have been delayed, we’ll be automatically applying a 15% credit to your next billing statement. Or, if you are new to Netflix and your first shipments have been delayed, we recognize that this is not a good way to begin your Netflix membership and we’ll automatically extend your free trial by a week.
Again, we apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding.

i think netflix is lying. this is the month they were supposed to reimburse everybody for a class action suit that was filed a couple years ago. i already noticed that they held up my movies unless i complained and then they miraculously found them. they;'re just scamming everybody and the class action suit is not reimbursing us at all since they are not mailing out the movies.

some of us can't "run" over to blockbuster. some of us are handicapped.

I have used Netflix for 4 1/2 years. I have rented hundreds of DVD's during that time. I have never had any complaints. Netflix bends over backwards to offer good service, so cut them some slack. Everyone has technical problems now and then. If you are not getting your shipments, go outside and get some fresh air or spend some quality time with your family. A small break from watching mindless television with not kill you.

I am upset about this. But I do understand there can be problems with the computer system.I haven't gotten any movies this week! So I have been bummed out. But they are saying I should get my movies tomorrow. Hopefully!! I thought of not keeping my membership but I am going to stick by them. They are better and always have been faster then Blockbuster online.

I use netflix all the time, I have not had any interuption in my shipments.

I have received hundreds of movies from Netflix. The service is outstanding, therefore, I can suffer out the time it takes for them to correct their problem. This is the only problem I've ever had with them.
I live 200 miles from their nearest mail center and I usually get my
movies faster than I do regular mail.
