I'm not the one to tell if it really does something inside your brain (maybe it does), but on the "noticeable" level, they do absolutely nothing. It just doesn't work.<br><br>Listening all night long to a bin beat that goes all the way down to 4Hz didn't even "touch" my insomnia.
