How to Guy at http://www.SpecialReports.com says "It can’t be an exotic species washed ashore from the Asian Tsunami because Long Island is on the Atlantic Ocean, not the Pacific ocean. It definitely isn’t a turtle (or other amphibian) because it has hair. The lower teeth and ears, as well as the feet, remind me of the pigs we used to raise. The teeth appear to be too large for a typical domestic hog, so this is either a specialty breed, or a wild boar. In any case, it is a hog of some kind. I don’t really see the mystery here." Do you agree?

Actually there's a lobster near the waterJet belt thing that has fur almost all over its body. It's possible it's another breed of Turtles that adapted to the cold water temperatures of the deep sea.
We may never know what exactly it is until they study its internal and external composition.
