I'm not a feminist or a conservative but this seems a little over the top to me. This is promoting behavior that is EXACTLY what the police are facing with each new advance of technology. Men use cellphone cameras to take pictures under women's skirts, etc. when they are not looking. This seems like a more extreme, media-sactioned version of that.
