I oftentimes find myself having small text conversations with people at night and never can remember when I woke up to do it. I have very vivid dreams almost nightly and often do very normal things, like eating and such, with absolutely no recollection of ever awakening. But my problem is that my Husband kicks and throws his arms around in his sleep and I have gotten accidently "hit" a few times. What can be done about it? No Doctor has ever given us an answer. WE only have one bed. Any suggestions from anyone out there? I'm suffering from sleep deprivision. I would send emails, talk on the phone, eat etc. and not remember any of it in the morning. Makes me wonder how many of these people are taking sleep meds and then doing these things. If all else fail invest into another bed (king size) or make him sleep on the couch after hitting his arm on the coffee table once or twice he'll smarten up. I know sometimes a persons ditet can really make for a restless sleep such as coffee and a high fat food with msg in it such as chinease. good luck with your wrestler lol<br>                                    ...........
