And before all the Vegetarians and Vegans start flaming me, Child Services takes away children from parents who try to raise them Vegan/Vegetarian.

My wife is also a M.D. and is a Semi-Vegetarian and said that Children shouldn't be raised Vegan/Vegetarian because it poses significant health risks at young ages.

The best age to become Vegan/Vegetarian is at the earliest 19 or 20. (19 for women, 20 for men, but it can vary).

If it was up to me, well my motto is, "It's not dinner of it doesn't have parents!"
