One more thing...Apple products have a reliability/quality problem. Has this appeared on anyone else's radar? They are saved by the fact that their service is usually pretty good (if you ignore the iPod battery catastrophe), but in the rush to have new cool products out there they release products which crack, fail, hang up etc.
This could be a real problem if the tide of Apple popularity ever turns. I guess for now people forgive these things in the trade off for having really cool new stuff, especially if they intend to replace it with next year's model anyway. Planned obsolence?
