Revolving License Plate Helps Speeders Evade Cops

We've all dreamed of getting our hands on some legitimate James Bond-style concealed gadgets, but outside of the pen gun, Q's inventions are the stuff of pure fantasy. Well, for 800 yuan ($115), you can feel like Bond after you install a rotating license plate, just like the one used to evade Goldfinger's henchmen.

A Chinese company has been marketing the spy gadget in its home country where speeders use it to elude speed and traffic cameras. According to the authorities, half of everyone caught on camera speeding or running lights uses either fake plates or some sort of occlusion device, like the plate switcher, to get away scot-free.
