I just purchased a Sprint cell phone on 3-13-08...I went ahead and sent
in a half pmt on my account, since I had recently had a heart attack & I
was trying to show an effort that I wanted to keep my phone in service.
As of 4-15-08 they shut my service OFF..... I had also placed a $100
deposit, since my credit was not too good.....But I tried to make a pay
ment as well as calling them and being treated very rudely by Op #858
by the name of Kelly, then on 4-23-08 I got a collection letter. Then I
got a email asking if I wanted to payment resolution opportunity??? If
they have a deposit of $100.00 the amount that was over due was only
$ 25 dollars plus they added the month that I was cut off making me
have a balance of 83.59......If they cut me off just barely having the phone
for 30 days, I feel it is an awful way to treat a customer & I did stress I
wanted to keep my account, and do what ever I could. All they wanted
was 83.59 on the spot!!!!!!!! No options then were mentioned to make
any payment arrangements.............Sorry I " E V E R " got sprint.
