That's ridiculous. People generally describe things as being "more difficult" when they mean "not what I've been using every day for the last 10 years". Here's a new challenge: find someone who has only ever used Linux and give them a freshly-installed Windows system. Granted, there are few if any people that this would apply to, but then they would be asking questions like "where's the package manager?". It's diffERENT not diffICULT
