About two weeks ago, former playwright and actress
Tricia Walsh-Smith expressed her frustrations with her current divorce proceedings in (or on) a very public place --
YouTube. Ranting about her husband Philip Smith, Walsh-Smith alternated between pleas for mercy, cries of idiocy, and bouts of petty mud-slinging. Today, she actually heads to divorce court and, in preparation for that, has
posted another bonkers video for all to see.
In this
new vid, Walsh-Smith pulls much the same act as last time -- clad in a red kimono, she pleads her case (somewhat calmly, for a change) to a constantly growing crew of Internet surfers who had no idea who she was before all this, but now can't look away from the train wreck. Count us in that last group. [Source:

Dear Kindred Spirit,
I love and adore your Peter Finch homage, “I’m mad as hell and not going to take it anymore” spirit as voiced in the 1976 film classic Network. The first video was compelling and captured my desire to respond. At that time comments were neither posted nor accepted. You appear sincere and deeply troubled by this issue, though your choice of platform seems a wee bit over the top. A resource most would never consider, however I do disagree with the opposing consensus.
It is an imperative these days to speak up for yourself. Your courage is commendable – your commitment to fair and equal play . . . respectable. However, I do suggest using caution when bringing an issue like this to the public’s attention. The courtrooms in any major city remain cold and generally unforgiving. They clinically measure and weigh the law for all parties concerned. Your behavior’s both private and public will be scrutinized and questioned especially in matters like this.
Had we been friends, my first impulse would be to invite you out for a fine dinner and a long walk. Speaking as a professional Chef, it has been my experience that a sumptuous meal, accompanied by fine wines and a nonjudgmental ear can remedy most situations of the moment. Venting one’s frustration while strolling about the city streets, secures your anonymity while acquiring (metaphorically speaking) some fresh air.
I do not expect a fine meal in itself will reinvent the wheel or create an endless source of energy from dark matter – but it does allow you to think and consider a possible series of rational next moves.
Best of luck . . .

She is a digusting woman spiteful and full of anger. Her Husband is a rich guy with a new girl. She going to be stuck in bad divorce over international waters and not get a great settlment. She thinks that she is entilted to be a rich and live nice forrever on his income. He is gone and he is taking his income with him. She need a date with me and my new fake name, John Smith.

How could we maybe "import" this brilliant woman to the US to be our '08 Presidential Candidate? She has it all. And she has my vote. Her change of life arguments are outstanding, best I've heard in years.
Is she an ex-Spice Girl?
Thanks for bringing this to my attention,
With warm regards,
PDarnell

>Don"t let him get away with treating you like dirt.<
If the droning, golddigging harpy wants to be treated better than dirt, she should quit behaving like dirt. If she's behaving like this now, chances are she wasn't all that much of a peach to begin with.

>I don't understand why her husband doesn't just give her a couple million dollars and make this go away.<
He probably sensed that no matter what he paid her, she'd screech for more. It's obvious from her videos that she's out for vengeance, not equity.

Problem with her videos is that divorce cases are decided by a judge not youtube audiences .
All the videos she puts out wont in the tiniest way help her it will only hurt her with a judge and her hubbys attorney will naturally use them against her character, etc.

Every one has a right to speak their peice and so do you. It sounds like your husband is a coward. He should have talked to you in person and let you know what was up. That is a coward to me. and i would feel the same if my husband did that to me,and he better not EVER.
---------
REGARDLESS of whether you think her husband is a coward or not your not deciding her case all these stupid videos will only hurt her when they are before the judge again.
If your husband did that to you you like every woman/man would have no recourse but divorce and post silly videos and a judge will "punish" you for it.
These videos will bite her bad . Divorce judges dont want drama most dont tolerate it . Again I find it funny when you say your husband "better not" .
What are you going to do about it?
Answer - nothing .

I think she has probably reached the end of her rope with what this very rich, well-known/well-liked and well-connected man. He's got all the money and is trying to SCREW her. I guess you have to know what it's like to walk in her shoes to be sympathetic of her situation.

I can tell by your attitude and language that you MUST BE A MAN. Why don't you shuffle on back to the sofa with your bottle of beer and watch some cartoons. Or, maybe you need to go back to grade school and learn to spell this time. YOU ARE UGLY, MEAN, AND FOUL. I'll be you'll go far in the world.
