I smell Bullshit.
A lithium ion battery of that size simply cannot be 32,800 mAh.
If a li-ion battery had that type of energy density I have a feeling it would explode if you poked it.
Even then the battery would cost way more than 108$.
In regards to the first link, battery life is not equal to charge life.
Battery life is how long the battery will last (charging and recharging this entire time) before it has to be replaced.
