Probably not so much for people who travel in cars, tho as most microwaves use too much power for a car's battery. We now use it as backup during busy times, or when the big one has gone out.  I had several other teachers come in to heat up things like coffee or lunch (it's almost exactly the width of a Budget Gourmet meal, and most asked where they could get one like it.
