maybe not the movies, unless they've been on tv- but tv shows or once over the air for the masses to see free not for fee, to record to their dvd or vcr if they want, make a copy for a friend if they want, then there no moral or ethical reason to deny file-sharing
otherwise riaa would have the moral right to demand a fee every time a song was sung in the shower

I agree with nic...........to an extent. They can deny file sharing all they want, it's like denying the existence of Area 51 IT'S ALWAYS GONNA BE THERE! No matter what they do they will never be able to stop the already opened can of worms called file sharing. I think that if someone pays for it then the initial fee is paid....if someone else listens or watches the movie or CD then shouuld they have to pay as well? If thats the case then someone owes me some serious loot because I have a lot of parties, and watch a lot of rented movies my wife and other friends are skipping out on the bill that these much to underpaid hollywood whiners so deserve to be paid. (hint the sarcasm)
