Amy Winehouse's Hubby Calling Amy on Smuggled Cell Phone - From Jail

Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse, the in-and-out of rehab pop star, has been getting calls and texts from her husband's cell phone. This wouldn't normally be news, but it turns out that hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is in prison, where he shouldn't have a cell phone in the first place.

According to The Sun, Fielder-Civil smuggled a cell phone into jail, perhaps from Winehouse herself. He has been calling and texting Winehouse and music industry friends from his cell...on his cell. Based on British law, Fielder-Civil could get in a ton of trouble for the smuggled wireless device.

"I don't think Blake realizes how much trouble he's in if the screws find it." Said one source to The Sun.

Smuggling cell phones into prison has become a bit of a problem in other areas, so this isn't terribly surprising. Meanwhile, in America, some celebs like Paris Hilton are even given cell phones while in jail. However, in England, this could turn into a high-profile case regarding cell access in prison.
