Too bad my 11 year old son received one for Chistmas (the Xbox 360 version) and the guitar is defective. RedOctane has yet to contact me back and phone number for Activision is constantly busy or has a error message. The Amazon.com vendor will not email me back either. If any one out cares - please let me know. Very sad. It was a present from his Dad - stationed in Bagdad, Iraq...
