Malicious Websites Trick Google, Infect Computers
The delivery of malicious software through web sites is nothing new, but what is new was the rank these pages were able to achieve at search engines like Google and MSN Search. Through extensive campaigns of comment spam, posting innocuous things on popular blogs with links to their bogus sites, these sites were able to work up a virtual reputation. Google and other search engines see these links from popular blogs and are tricked into thinking that the site being linked to is also reputable, resulting in prioritized search results.
The sites of course were not reputable, and Google at least has already removed most of them, but it's a troubling trend that's all too similar to the hacking of Al Gore's blog earlier this week. So, as always, be safe out there and keep your operating system and browser up to date.

To Ed the talking horse, you are talking outta
your a--...My advice to you is if you don't love
the good old USA...LEAVE IT...If you like it enough to stay...Make it your life ambition to do
what YOU can do to make it a better place for us and the future generations...If we don't stand
united to change the direction our country is
heading we will surely become a third world
country as well...You could start by writing letters to your state senators, boycotting,
voting, partisipate in local gov't activities..
etc etc etc

Ah hell, nuke one, any one country... blackmail the rest of the world, and nuke the first one that complains. I think we would get a nice chunk of money from every country who doesn't want to glow in the dark. Oh, mexico, could be given a small tactical nuke, just to rid the world of them.

Elmo, Mexico is our friend and has been a pretty steadfast supporter of the U.S. in the U.N. and around the world. Don't let the neo-con/wing-nut hype about all those "illegal immigrants" cloud your vision. Mexico is a beautiful country with beautiful people and a lot of those people are living here--undocumented, true--but living here, working and doing good things. Where I live, the Mexicans have brought stability, have made nice families, have revived our local Catholic church and have made the neighborhood safer. However, where Russia and China are concerned, you are dead on. Russia stinks to high heaven with corruption and Putin is just one in a long line of Russian despots.
