Singapore Bans Video Game With Interplanetary Lesbian Sex Scene

But, wait: Mass Effect also sports an alien lesbian sex scene. Oh, yes. It turns out that Singapore isn't very happy about said scene, and has gone ahead and banned the game.
The scene includes a human woman and an alien woman "kissing and caressing each other." We have seen the scene (we won't disclose how many times), and while it's nothing that you wouldn't see on prime time here in the United States, we can only guess that Singapore isn't ready for intergalactic girl-friendly love just yet.

Well, I have seen the scene and while suggestive, is not very graphic. In addition you only get to this scene if you choose your main character, Shepard, to be female. Given that this game is tilted towards the male demographic (It's an action RPG that plays like a shooter), I doubt many kids would have chosen a female lead. However after Singapore banned it, I have no doubt a lot will just to see this scene, and quite frankly, it isn't worth it.

You know what? It's sickening to see grown people defend video games. But guess what? You are GROWN!!!!! These games are not for children at all. These games are porn now instead of actually being a game. I have 3 grown chidlren and they didn't grow up on games like this. And now that they are grown, they still only buy games such as football, basketball, car racing, games like this. If any parent or grown person is allowing their children to watch, sex, murdering, cursing, then shame on you. Where is pacman when ya need him. Goodness.
