The writer of this article must've been stealing Prince's music as well, and is now pissed that he won't be able to do so anymore.

I think I found a legal "loophole." Maybe some of the "Prince" photos can stay on the fan sites, if it can be proven that they were posted when Prince was not "Prince," but after he changed his name to a symbol, after one of his many poopie-pants hissy fits.

Prince is a smart business man...He didn't get this far by making huge mistakes and it is obvious that he has got his way throughout his career. He is a pioneer of the web music thing. He is getting publicity and I don't believe he will go through with it...He is probably writing a catching tune about the whole affair right now and will star his outraged fans in the music video.

I love Prince's music and have always found him to be sexy and entertaining. But, he's obviously lost sight of the whole reason he is who and where he is...HIS FANS! I love artists that can and do respect and appreciate their fans. KISS, Aerosmith, David Bowie. They all know what's up. Why can't Prince figure that out? No matter how much talent you have, you're nothing without your fan base. Nothing.

Oh, and Jackie Maddox - I guess you actually believe that we should feel inferior to Prince because he's rich...he's rich because we give him our money. If he can't appreciate that, then he sucks as a person. I never feel inferior to someone just because they have money and you shouldn't either.

I'm not surprised. Working for his home town airline we have him on frequently. He does not sign autographs, and you can't talk to him you have to go talk to his body guard. A few years ago he was sued by a fan after they took a picture of him at the gate and he took away the camera.

big mistake on Prince's part. He should appologize to his fans. I like going to fan sites and seeing different pictures of stars. Most of us can't afford to go to concerts so it's cool when others can and they share the awesome pics they take. We don't sell them we SHARE them which makes the stars even more popular. Prince this makes you look pretty low.
