I have heard that people who may have experienced severe head trauma resulting in permanent brain damage or people with abnormal brain devopment may not see anything move when they view the image.

I think Broom is right. This picture is too small. I have had it sent to me before and it spins!! It is crazy cool!!
Try it bigger, it willprobably work for those of you having troubles seeing them spin.

If I stare @ the pic. c my head 2 feet from the screen or closer the wheels seem to be moving. Sitting back further from screen the wheels do not move
