This is no joke! I waited at the Circuit City customer service desk for at least an hour as a customer and a clerk went through just about every set in the Halo 3 display to get 2 non-scratched disks. Customers started helping, me included, in the hopes we could get waited on today. We are talking about thousands of dollars of scratched disks. Where the boxes not inspected or tested? Cheap imported junk! It must be so inexpensive, that it is more cost effective to give us junk and replace it when there are too many complaints.
