And the idea is to bring together your hotmail address book, phonebook on your cell phone and buddy list on your IM and being able to use any of them from any one you choose.

Of course there's a long way to go to make this all work smoothly but once there, it'll be a very powerful tool. LIke I don't have to be online to reach my AIM friends or vice versa and if I'm at work and can only use email, then no prob too I can talk to anyone.

They say they will soon be finished with the ability to cascade which means that you only get mobile text if you aren't online as well as some other features to give you more control.

Anyways they are just starting out and I think like with many other great ideas, we have to look out a little further. The PC was stupid when it first started with punch holes and a few LED lights?
