The Best Headphones for the Gym

Jensen SportFones

We were unimpressed with this pair of headphones. Though they've got a built-in 512MB MP3 player (with controls right on the earpiece), the SportFones are hampered by awful construction. Made of cheap plastic, this two-toned model feels like a kid's toy when you strap each of the earpieces to your dome. Sound is mediocre at best, the buttons are hard to press, and the whole thing just feels heavy on your head. It could have made a good choice for those five of you who don't already own iPods, but ultimately, even this minority should skip it. We say take the $70 and use it towards a decent MP3 player and some headphones to go with it....A waste!
