My son wanted me to go with him to see this movie and I did so for him....BUT, I had my hands over my eyes, grasped at the blood and gore, but still wrap up in the movie, glad that I came!! My part as a woman, that I liked was, when the Queen finally got back at the man who abused her and said "This will not be over quickly AND you will not enjoy it!! That one struck home for me!! My son said Mom.....and I said "Yes"!!! Good feeling!!! But very sad ending.......glad I went with my son....glad he went with me!!! Older Mom

My favorite part of the movie would be just the Spartan way of life. Their values are inspiring.. respect, pride, working as one unit, strength, honor, NEVER giving up.. it's something that I really wish I saw more of these days in people because that would be something to be truely proud of.

My favorite part of the movie was the fact that a historic event such as the persian war was fit into a great (bloody) movie such as this. I also liked the part when King Lionidas says "This is Sparta!" and kicks the persian messenger down the hole because that shows how much they love there city and shows how much they will fight for it.

The spear removing King Xerxes piercings was the best scene in the movie for me...his expression of disdain and disbelief was so real, this was emotion felt deep and the blood and rip of the skin looked real....I loved this movie so much because of the values that it expressed and the love of country that it glorified! Thank you for the privilege of being able to have it on DVD

My favorate part of the movie was when the spartans were laughing as the billions of spears did no damage to them and killed off the enemies that they had already injured. Perfect Movie

My favorite part of the movie is the scene directly after the captain's son dies. The murderous rage he flies into--ignoring all the blows that should have been lethal as he brought death to all the Persians in his line of sight--when the invaders take his son from him was inspiring, to say the least.

My favorite part of the movie was when one of Leonidas' men's son got his head choped off and his dad breaks ranks and just dtarts killing everyone!!! That was awesome...what made that scene soo great was it was shot in that slo-mo 360 degree motion shot...I loved it!!!
