Samsung and Armani to Make Fashion Phone?

Samsung and Armani Making Fashion Phone?Rumor has it that Samsung might just be getting a bit more trendy in the near future. The company is working to produce an Armani-branded mobile in conjunction with the notoriously understated and sophisticated Italian clothing line. Fashion phones are certainly nothing new, with Nokia having more than a few entries, LG out with a touchscreen Prada phone, and Samsung itself having already tried its hand at creating impractical but uniquely-styled handsets. However, this partnership with Armani, if true, will certainly lend a good bit of publicity to Samsung's latest effort.

The rumor has been backed up by a supposedly leaked release from a Samsung spokesperson that states that not only is Armani phone the coming this October, but that it will also be the first in a line of co-branded "IT luxury products." No word on just what future entries in the luxury line will entail, but we're expecting a stylish black bedroom TV that doubles as a mirror so you can admire your fabulous self during commercial breaks.
